It doesn't contain environmentally restricted tin element.
Features & Advantage:
Stability of hydrolysis resistance. It can be premixed into the aqueous formulation system in advance, and the catalytic activity is stable without attenuation. It solves the technical problems of gradual failure of common organotin bismuth and other metal catalysts in the aqueous formulation, unstable production, and the technical problems that white materials (polyether polyos component) can’t be stored for a long time, which makes the production process and product quality more stable. Pre mixed white material in advance is conducive to the confidentiality of the formula.
Environmental protection. It does not contain tin element, ensuring that it meets the stringent requirements of international environmental protection regulations. Comply with REACH&RoHS, Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and other stringent international environmental protection regulations.
Fast post curing and greatly shorten demoulding time. Combining with tertiary amine (A33) catalyst can greatly shorten the molding and demoulding time.
Anti break of bubbles. Dimensional stability after demoulding. 8004M is a post curing catalyst, which can promote the rapid gel setting of foam in the later stage of foaming.

User's Guide:
It can be pre mixed into the white materials (polyether polyos component) in advance to avoid the trouble of on-site addition and operation error, the catalytic activity is stable without failure after long term storage.
The addition amount is about 0.1-0.5% of the white material component (polyether polyos component). It is recommended to collocate with tertiary amine, and the approximate ratio is 8004M/ tertiary amine =1/4~1/8.
In general, the packaging container must be kept closed, and the opening of the container shall be sealed immediately after use. It should not be placed with container mouth open.
It is recommended to conduct storage stability test before batch use to avoid the possibility of conflict between different raw materials and additives.
Handling & Storage:
Product should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from sunlight, excessive heat and rain.
Package: 25kg/200kg in HDPE drum
Shelf Life: The unopened shelf life is 18 months from the date of manufacture. After expiration, it can still be used as qualified product if the catalytic activity still meets the needs .
