TDMA-02 is a mixture of special complexamine with excellent solubility in polyol and plasticizers. Due to no MOCA, DMTDA, phthalate plasticizers and heavy metals content, TDMA-02 is specially formulated for synthetic athletics track application to in line with China and EU environmental regulations.

Features & Advantages:
TDMA-02 is an updated product vs. TDMA-01, in line with the Shanghai Synthetic Athletics Track Standard. It can greatly improve the strength and hardness, balance the toughness, permanent deformation and impact absorbing energy, keep long pot life and reduce post curing times. The unique properties as following:
◆ Non-odor and non-toxicity content. Non-MOCA/DMTDA, comply with strict environmental regulations.
◆ Liquid status at room temperature, convenient to use. Excellent solubility with other materials, and will not be crystallized at low temperature.
◆ Moderate reactivity. The reactivity is lower than DMTDA but slightly higher than MOCA, matching CUCAT-PDM catalyst, the pot life can be above 40min that could provide excellent flowing and leveling. And the post curing time can be reduced to 12h.
◆ Excellent physical performance. Adjusted formula accordingly, the physical performances with using TDMA-02 are similar with using MOCA/DMTDA. The hardness and tensile strength can be improved 30% compare to TDMA-01.
◆ Attractive price. The price is most attractive in market, which is very similar with MOCA price and less half of DMTDA price.
Application:
● Recommend to synthetic athletics track, PU floor applications and etc, which using plenty of powder filler and plasticizers.
● For improving physical performance, it is suggested that M=1000 and MN3050 polyether polyol can be used to synthesize prepolymer with isocyanate.
Handling & Storage:
▶ Same operation process as MOCA.
▶ Exposure to atmosphere should be avoided. Product should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from sunlight and excessive heat.
