Polyurethane Defoamer YRXP-02 is a high-performance, non-silicone defoamer specifically designed to address foam issues in various polyurethane (PU) CASE applications. The PU additives are highly effective in both production processes and static conditions, offering superior foam control with minimal dosage.

Applications: YRXP-02 polyurethane defoamer can be widely used in diverse PU CASE applications, including:
◆ Polyurethane Coatings: Used in high-build acrylic emulsions, aqueous polymer adhesives, and resin production.
◆ Leather Coatings and Edge Oils: Effective in acrylic emulsions, silicon-acrylate emulsions, and polyurethane emulsions.
◆ Adhesives and Sealants: Suitable for latex coating adhesives, aqueous laminated film glues, and other polymer systems.

◆ To be compatible with various systems, be soluble in benzene, toluene, mineral oil and ester solvents.
User's Guide:
▶ Levels of 0.2-0.5% as supplied by weight on total volume. For high surface tension, systems, the dosage could be up to 1% or even more. Please test to make sure the best dosage.
▶ Please shake well before using. It can be diluted before using with right solvent/diluent.
▶ YRXP-02 may result in slight fogging and reducing transparency in some systems. Please test before using in case of high transparency requirement.
Handling & Storage:
Exposure to atmosphere should be avoided. Product should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from sunlight and excessive heat.

Shelf Life: Unopened shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
