Features:
This product is mainly used as a trace moisture and acid scavenger for two-component or one-component polyurethane elastomer sealant and coating. When there are trace moisture and acids in polyurethane system or air (≤ 0.5%), the unique active functional groups in its molecules can preferentially react with moisture to form hydroxyl and then react with isocyanate. Moreover, the reaction product can improve the bonding strength between polyurethane and polar surfaces (such as aluminum, steel, glass, cement, etc.) and reduce the shrinkage of polyurethane material itself (the effect is more obvious for High Hardness Polyurethane such as hardness above 60D)
Applications：
It is used for moisture removal of non isocyanate components in polyurethane raw materials, such as polyether polyester polyol, solvent, plasticizer, small molecule chain extender butanediol, ethylene glycol, etc. it is recommended to be used for polyurethane two-component pouring adhesive, such as aluminum profile heat insulation injection adhesive, normal temperature curing sealing adhesive, coating, polyurethane waterproof pavement, etc.
User's Guide:
CUWR-WB20 is recommended to be added in the last process before polyurethane sealed packaging and fully stirred;.
CUWR-WB20 generally does not affect the transparency of polyurethane, but it does not rule out that it may have a certain impact on the transparency in some complex formulas. If it is used for high transparency polyurethane products, it is recommended to conduct applicability test first.
CUWR-WB20 reacts gently with water at room temperature, so the effect of water removal is generally 4-12h.
The dosage depends on the situation, and the recommended dosage is 0.5-2%.
CUWR-WB20 will react chemically with water and acids, so it should be sealed immediately after use.
Handling & Storage:
Please store in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse to avoid fire and sunlight.
CUWR-WB20 has certain irritating effects on skin and respiratory tract, but its toxicity is low. If it is contaminated with skin during use, rinse it with a large amount of water. If it is serious, see a doctor.

Shelf Life: The unopened shelf life is 12 months from production date, and it can still be used normally after passing the test. Please note that it must be kept closed.
