YRFC-01 is a special additive with dispersion function. Inactive functional groups can stably exist in the polyurethane system. It can be dispersed and adsorbed on the surface of a large number of powder particles by adding a very small amount. By effectively reducing the adsorption between powder particles, it can prevent the accumulation and hardening of powder fillers.

Typical Properties:
Appearance: White non flowing paste at room temperature. When heated to above 65 ℃, it melts into a slightly yellow transparent liquid, which quickly condenses into paste when cooled.
Smell: with very slight smell.
Solubility:
It is insoluble in water and soluble in general polyurethane raw materials such as various polyether polyols when heated.
Application & Advantages:
It is widely used in single and two-component polyurethane waterproof coatings and other fields. Its unique performance is as follows:
◆ The PH is neutral, does not affect the reaction speed of polyurethane coating, is more stable than general acid dispersant, has better hydrolysis resistance, and improves the aging resistance of coating.
◆ Solve the problem of sedimentation and cementation of powder in liquid raw materials after long-term storage. Even if cheap large particle (400 mesh) powder is used, it will not gather at the bottom of the barrel for long-term storage and will disperse with a little stirring.
◆ It has the effect of anti sedimentation, cementation and viscosity reduction at the same time, which is different from that of gas-phase silica by thickening. Adding to the existing formula can reduce the mixing viscosity and increase the leveling.
User’s Guide:
▶ When in use, it is not necessary to heat and melt (melting is better). Shovel tools can be used to feed together with polyol and powder during production, but the minimum temperature of the overall material must be above 65 ℃, and the mixing, dispersion or grinding time must be more than 30 minutes.
▶ The addition amount is 0.3-1.5% of component P (polyol component) . The more the powder, the smaller the mesh number, and the greater the addition amount.
▶ I can be added into Isocyanate component and polyol component.
Storage:
Please store it in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse far away from fire, sunlight and rain. Take note of airtight storage
