Solubility:
Easily soluble in general polyurethane raw materials, such as various polyether polyols, polyester polyols and plasticizers.
Applications:
It is recommended to be used in all kinds of cast polyurethane products, especially suitable for polyester polyol system. It is widely used in all kinds of anti-static occasions, such as floor coating, electronic products, clothing, etc. It can also be used for epoxy and acrylic resins.
Features & Advantages:
◢ Non foaming and not reduce the mechanical properties of polyurethane. It does not contain active hydrogen, does not react with isocyanate, does not change the molecular structure of polyurethane, and does not affect the mechanical properties of polyurethane strength of materials (after addition, polyurethane does not foam or bulge, and basically does not reduce the hardness and strength).
◢ Stable and long-lasting anti-static effect. Unlike conventional Antistatic agent, which rely on migration to the material surface to form conductive films, CUCE-ASW and polyurethane are integrated. The antistatic life of CUCE-ASW is the same as that of polyurethane, and it will not decay in use, and the antistatic performance will not be lost due to the abrasion of the surface layer.
◢ Low addition, excellent anti-static effect. Low addition means lower costs and less impact on physical properties.
◢ It is liquid at normal temperature, and it is easy to use without heating and melting.
User's Guide:
If used for high temperature vulcanized polyurethane casting glue, it is recommended to mix in prepolymer and stir evenly on spot before production. It is recommended that the stability in high temperature prepolymer should be evaluated before use to prevent gelation accidents caused by incompatibility. If it is used for two-component polyurethane composite, it is recommended to premix it into polyol components, which can generally be stored stably for a long time. If it is premixed into isocyanate components and need long storage, storage stability test must be carried out first.
The dosage depends on the situation. The recommended dosage is 0.5-2%, and the conductivity can reach 108 - 109Ω stably. The antistatic properties and usage are related to the hardness of polyurethane, lower hardness and less usage.
CUCE-ASW is recommended for polyester polyurethane and CUCE-W is recommended for polyether polyurethane.

Shelf Life:
The unopened shelf life is 24 months from production date. If the antistatic performance is not affected after the shelf life, it can still be used as qualified products.
