WCAT-WQ01 is developed for single component latent curing polyurethane systems with added latent curing agents (coatings/adhesives/laminating adhesives/elastomers, etc.), and based on the principle of crosslinking and curing reaction between water in the environment and isocyanate groups and latent curing agents in the colloid, which can significantly improve the storage stability of single component latent curing systems. It is usually recommended to use with general catalysts for moisture curing, such as WCAT-WS8, WS12, T-12, etc., to significantly accelerate the surface drying and internal drying speed of the material after paving.

The storage period is greatly extended while maintaining low viscosity. WCAT-WQ01 is inert when the material remains sealed and does not promote the reaction between latent curing agents and isocyanate groups, resulting in stable material storage.
Fast surface and internal curing. During the curing process, WCAT-WQ01 showed a significant effect on promoting the preferred reaction between isocyanates and latent curing agents, effectively promoting the complete reaction of latent curing agents, but at the same time not affecting the reaction rate between isocyanates and water, accelerating surface and internal drying.
It is recommended to use in combination with catalysts such as WCAT-WS8 and WS12 to achieve ideal surface and internal drying effect and avoid bubble bulging phenomenon; It is not recommended to use it alone.
Environmental protection of materials. It does not contain restricted heavy metals, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, o-benzene plasticizers and other ingredients.
User's Guide:
It is recommended to be added after the pre polymerization reaction between MDI/TDI and polyether polyols is complete, and it is not recommended to premix with polyether polyols in advance.
The usage amount is 0.03-0.1%. Due to differences in packaging equipment and processes of the user, it is recommended to conduct a storage stability test first.
This product has a certain degree of water absorption. Do not expose it to the air to prevent water absorption. After normal use, it is important to immediately close the tank opening.
Handling & Storage:
Product should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from sunlight, excessive heat and rain.
