WCAT-W30B is suitable for micro foamed silicon PU materials. Low temperature does not affect foaming, and provides fine and uniform micro bubble effect. The surface is flat without bulging, which can save about 20-30% of the material consumption.

When used for single component silicon PU foaming material, micro foaming effect with flat surface and fine and uniform cell can be obtained. It avoids big bulging. The surface flatness of the court is good.
Excellent physical properties. The catalytic activity of WCAT-W30B is moderate and stable, and the foaming ratio of silicon PU material is controllable. It is not easy to cause failure foaming or too much foaming, so as to ensure the excellent physical properties of the material after curing. More than 20% of material can be saved base on the same thickness of runway pavement.

User's Guide:
WCAT-W30B needs to be added into the materials for mixed use during the construction of silicon PU stadium. The recommended addition amount is 0.1-0.3%, which can be added according to the construction temperature; At the same time, an appropriate amount of water needs to be added to the material (usually the amount of water is about 0.2-0.3%).
WCAT-W30B cannot be premixed into silicon PU material for storage, for there is a risk of gel.
In order to ensure the best physical properties of stadium materials, it is recommended to pack the catalyst separately, and add it when mixing on the construction site;
After unsealing, it shall be sealed and stored, and shall not be placed with the tank open.
Handling & Storage:
Product should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from sunlight, excessive heat and rain.
