Applications：
It is applicable to the formulation system of castor oil or modified castor oil and grease polyols. It is used for electronic potting adhesive, floor coating and other products.
Features & Advantage:
1. Long pot life. There is less heating during the mixing operation. The mixing material is with low viscosity and good flowability. The pot life is more than 1/4 longer than that of T-12, which is more conducive to defoaming and filling micro gaps.
2. Fast post curing. The post curing speed of CUCAT-GF01/GF02 is faster than that of T-12, which can effectively shorten the drying time and formation time.
3. The catalytic selectivity is obvious. Compared with T-12, CUCAT-GF01/GF02 reduces the catalytic reaction of NCO and water, and is conducive to reducing bubbles, pinholes and other phenomena.
4. CUCAT-GF02 is an upgraded version of GF01, which further prolongs the early mixture flow time and shortens the later curing time.
5. It does not contain dibutyltin and has a wide range of application of environmental protection.
User's Guide:
When in use, it is recommended to add it into polyol (material P), add it below 80 ℃ after vacuum dehydration and defoaming, and stir evenly. It is not recommended to add it into the components of ISO ( material I). There is possibility of gel risk. If it need to add it into isocyanate component, the applicability test must be applied first.
The dosage is related to the formula. The general dosage is 0.05 ~ 0.5% of the weight of P material.
After normal use, the tank mouth must be closed immediately to avoid open placement.
Handling & Storage:
Product should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from sunlight, excessive heat and rain.

Shelf Life: The unopened shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture. After shelf life, please do test to make sure the catalytic properties before use.
