Environmental protection:
The polyurethane material synthesized with this product meets the requirements of restricted ingredients such as heavy metals, azo, phthalates, etc. It can pass the the latest version of toy environmental protection regulations en71-3:2019. It is an ideal substitute for eliminating organic mercury, lead and other catalysts.

Developed according to the requirements of no bubbles for products in polyurethane CASE field (especially for polyurethane elastomers). Different from the common amine tin catalysts, the unique targeted catalytic characteristic (moisture inhibition function) of not catalyzing the reaction of trace moisture with isocyanate can effectively reduce the reaction of trace moisture contained in raw materials / substrates / air with isocyanate, which avoid CO2 bubbles (polyether polyols can be used without high-temperature vacuum dehydration). Even in wet and rainy weather, it can effectively prevent the product from foaming, cracking, bulging, peeling and other phenomena. This feature is very similar to organic mercury, and it is an ideal substitute for highly toxic organic mercury catalysts.
Applications:
CUCAT-E01 used in aromatic amine curing system can effectively reduce the discoloration of amine, which is very important for the production of transparent products. It is very suitable for DETDA (E-100) as curing agent to produce colorless transparent skate rollers composite.
It can be widely used in the polyurethane CASE fields to produce skating wheels, two-component sealants, coatings, adhesives, etc.
User's Guide:
It is recommended to be added into polyol (material P), add it after vacuum degassing, and stir it evenly. If it should be added into the isocyanate (ISO, I) component, the applicability test must be carried out first to avoid the risk of gel in the tank.
The dosage is related to the formula. The general dosage is 0.1 ~ 0.3% of the weight of P material.
Handling & Storage:
Product should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from sunlight, excessive heat and rain. The tank mouth must be closed immediately after use..

Shelf Life: The unopened shelf life is 18 months from the date of manufacture. After shelf life, the catalyst can still be used if it does not lose activity.
