CUCAT-FS01 is developed according to the bubble free requirements of polyurethane waterproof coating. Different from common amine / tin catalysts, it can effectively avoid the reaction of trace moisture in raw materials with isocyanates and the generation of CO2 bubbles (so the polyether polyols can be used without high-temperature vacuum dehydration). Even in high-temperature rainy season and high humidity environment, it can effectively avoid bubbling, cracking, bulging, peeling and other phenomena of products, This feature is very similar to organic mercury and can replace organic mercury.

l Reduce the phenomenon of bubbling, bulging and peeling, and make PU dense without bubbles and more waterproof. It is developed for the requirement of polyurethane waterproof coatings without bubbles, it has targeted catalytic properties that do not catalyze or weakly catalyze the reaction of isocyanates with trace moisture, which effectively reduces CO2 bubbles generated by the reaction of isocyanates with trace moisture in the raw material and environment. Whether for MDI or TDI systems, it particularly effective in reducing the occurrence of multiple bubbles, pinholes, cracks, bulges, peeling, and other phenomena in high-temperature and high humidity environments, improving the adhesion fastness of PU coatings to substrates, especially wet substrates, significantly improving water impermeability, and significantly improving the quality of polyurethane waterproof coatings. While using T-12 with the same formula inevitably causes problems such as foaming and bulging.

User's Guide:
It is recommended to be added into component P ( Polyol / MOCA component), The addition amount is 0.05-0.3% of component P (subject to the formula and process requirements); It can also be added to component I (ISO, isocyanate component), but the test of stability and durability must be carried out before batch production.
After use, immediately close the tank mouth.
